There is an excellent way to reduce your puffiness and dark circles.

If you have a habit of drinking green or black tea then you will probably have a lots of tea bags, Don't Throw Your Tea Bags Out. However, these can help to make the skin softer, remove the dark circles which are around your eyes and relieve your tired eyes. This can instantly make you look much younger.


With Used tea bags you can make the best eye packs. The tea bags includes lots of caffeine, tannins and will also be full of antioxidants which soothe the skin.

After done with your cup of tea take the tea bags out and you can then place it in a plastic container and store it in fridge. Why we need to keep in fridge ? because heat will cause more swelling and puffiness so if it is cold then only you will get better results . Cooler temperatures will help to reduce the swelling.

You need two tea bags for each eye one bag, For the better results keep the tea bags on eyes soon after fetching them out from the fridge otherwise they will become less effective.

Now lie down somewhere then put the tea bags onto your eyes. They should touch the skin all the way around and completely cover the your circles. Leave it for at least 10 minutes.

Once you use tea bags then throw it away next time again use another one. This you can do on a regular basis because its natural treatment. Try to apply the bags at least once in a week. You will notice best results if you continue using tea bags on a regular basis.

Soak your nails in warm water for 5-10 minutes. This will soften your nails and It will also cause less damage if you need to clip your nails.

Take a sponge and scrub all over of your nails. Make sure you are thorough on the tips of your nails or if you want other than warm water then try using a mix of hand lotion and a small amount of moisturizing dish soap.  But before doing this, rub them with warm water to soften.

Push your cuticles back. Rub a drop or two of cuticle oil into your cuticle and the skin around your fingernail. Now take the proper tool, and begin pushing your cuticles back. This is a completely painless process.

Trim your nails. If your nails are longer than you prefer, grab those clippers and trim your nails down to the same even length. Another thing to remember when tending to your nails is they naturally grow out uneven, so trim them to a nice curve or straight line.

File your nails. This is also optional. But most girls prefer to file them every time they take care of there nails just to give them a nice finished look. You have heard this before, but always remember to file your nails in one direction. Otherwise, you will cause damage to your fingernails.

Remove the dirt from your nails. We all get dirt under our nails during our daily activities. To remove the dirt, simply get a toothpick. Place the toothpick under the white tips of your nails and remove the dirt. It is an easy and painless process. Once you are done, let your nails sit under some warm water running from the sink for about 30 seconds. Re-scrub your nails.

Apply a nail strengthener. The nail strengthener will strengthen your nails. It will also give them a more clean and finished look.

You are done now. Your nails should look clean and pretty and You will notice your nails will begin to look better after you have a few uses.
